NSVR201MX is a RF schottky barrire diode with X2DFN2 package. It is device is suitable for mixer application of high frequency. Low forward voltage and low capacitance is enable use at high frequency such as submillimeter wave. The assumed application is an collision detection radar and doppler radar. X2DFN2 package size is 1.0x0.6x0.4mm. It is smallest level in the market. It contribute for downsizing PCB board. AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable suitable for automotive applications.
