The KA393 / KA393A / KA2903 series consists of two independent voltage comparators designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide voltage range.

  • This product is general usage and suitable for many different applications.
  • Single Supply Operation: 2 V to 36 V
  • Dual Supply Operation: ±1 V to ±18 V
  • Allow Comparison of Voltages Near Ground Potential
  • Low Current Drain: 800 µA Typical
  • Compatible with all Forms of Logic
  • Low Input Bias Current: 25 nA Typical
  • Low Input Offset Current: ±5 nA Typical
  • Low Offset Voltage: ±1 mV Typical
