Overview

The FAN6241M6X is a secondary−side synchronous rectifier (SR)controller for an isolated flyback converter operating in DiscontinuousConduction Mode (DCM).

  • Charge pump on gate output
  • Gate zero clamp even though IC is inactivated
  • Green mode at light load
  • 120V rating of DRAIN pin
  • Small footprint: SOT-23 6 pin package
  • Adaptive turn-off trigger blanking time for easy use, the same as FAN6420
  • Support high-frequency applications up to 200kHz with Discontinuous Conduction Modes (DCM) and Boundary
    Conduction Mode (BCM), the same as FAN6420
  • Short turn-on time
